Russell Fulmer is a professor at Northwestern University. He currently teaches master’s level students seeking a degree in counseling. Active in the behavioral sciences, he has taught at the graduate, undergraduate, and community college level. He spent four years in the Caribbean teaching ethics and medical psychology to medical students, while also serving as a therapist. Dr. Fulmer holds a Ph.D. from Kansas State University.
