Anastasia Boden is an attorney in Pacific Legal Foundation's Economic Liberty Project, where she challenges anti-competitive occupational licensing laws, and laws that restrict the freedom of speech. Anastasia has fought for the right to earn a living free of irrational government laws in federal courts across the country. She also testifies to state legislatures on the constitutionality of licensing schemes. Her writing has been featured in the Washington Post, the Chicago Tribune, Forbes, and several other publications. In 2015, Anastasia was selected for the Claremont Institute's prestigious John Marshall Fellowship. Anastasia earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she acted as Research Assistant to Professor Randy E. Barnett. Prior to joining PLF, she worked at the Cato Institute's Center for Constitutional Studies, and at Washington Legal Foundation.
